The U13's gave a great performance in freezing conditions with driving rain as temperatures hit zero. The first half saw Scorchers play some fantastic football after going a goal down early on when the Scorchers defence gave Bramham too much space on the edge of the box and they slammed home a powerful drive. From then on Scorchers produced wave after wave of attacks, with Imogen again hitting the back of the net in a real player of the day performance. As the weather got worse Bramham took charge of the game dominating the last ten minutes and scoring the winning goals. The Scorchers can be proud of their performance on such an awful day keeping going right until the final whistle.
Next Saturday the 15th sees Scorchers take on Railway at home kick off 10.30. All players should arrive at 10.00 am. Please advise asap if not available. The squad will be selected on the day.
