We achived our first league point on Saturday! We got very close to scoring a lot of goals in the magnificent 1-1 draw and throughout the game dominated play with most of the game in the Brayton Belles defending half. An own goal scored by a Belles defender gave a lead in the first half. The second half saw Brayton score an equalizer in one of their very few attacks. In the friendly it was another close game with all the girls performing well and battling hard. Georgie preformed heroically along with Elizabeth and Charlotte M. Olivia Firth gained player of the match due to her brilliant defending. Thanks to Carol for her great mars bar cake. Well done girls for your excellent play!
