Great Night Out - But The French Edge The Game

Forty Scorchers players and parents had the 5 star treatment last night as they were whisked up to Harrogate Town in comfort and style thanks to Wyane Latimer and Eddie Brown coaches who laid on a luxurious coach. The girls felt like the England team as they arrived at the groundwith stewards waving them in. Earlier in the day Emma Collier had been chosen along with a number of local girls to carry the national flags and help set the scene for this international match. An exciting game saw England beaten but the night finished on a high with many of the girls getting autographs and Leeds United Community player and England U19 star providing an England shirt signed by all the team for Scorchers to raffle later in the year. Many Thanks to Wayne and Sophie who helped to make it a memorable night for the girls.
