U13 Bramham Battlers Beat Out of Sorts Scorchers

Enforced team changes played a part in this bottom of the table clash, but even then Scorchers seemed to be missing their usual battling spirit. After a good start Scorchers conceded an unlucky rebound and with few chances coming Scorchers way didnt look likely to get back in the game. Philippa got girl of the game, pulling off some fine saves but also for some much improved distribution. In the second half Scorchers improved with Kayleigh failing to score with only the keeper to beat and Melissa hit a screamer which was well saved. Individually the players and teams seeemed well matched, but the final goal count told a different story. A disappointing performance but we can put it right on Saturday away at Ripon.
