In a competitive match that thrilled the watching crowd Scotton overcame a Celtic side on their home pitch.
Rebecca S was Player of The Match with a superb game on the right wing. Her dribbling was first class and impressed all who were watching. She also contributed with a nicely taken goal.
Molly W returned with a typical all action midfield game and scored a vital goal too.
Captain Georgia had a great game and scored two and was unlucky not to have a few more.
In defence Hannah and Ellie played comfortably and dealt effectively with Celtic's star player. In goal Jayde pulled off some good saves and distributed the ball well. Josie and Mollie took turns on the left wing and despite trying hard just could'nt get the ball in the net.
Unfortunately, with the game always in the balance ,John could not use subs Alex and Emma who waited patiently and gave the Scorchers great support. Their attitude was brilliant.
