First of all congratulations to both teams on making this year’s cup final (again!)
Unfortunately both games will be played at the same time so we will not be able to support each other but we would like, if possible, to travel to and from the game together. The arrangements are therefore as follows:
The finals will be hosted by Ripon City Panthers at their pitches at Hell Wrath, Ripon. Refreshments will be available.
A coach will be provided by Eddie Browns. This will leave Percy Fields at 10am. Please be at Percy Fields at 9.50am ready to leave at 10. Please let Wayne or Richard know if you are able to play and whether you intend to travel on the coach or make your own way there. The coach is provided free of charge for all players and coaches. Unfortunately Mums, Dads, Brothers, Sisters, Aunts , Uncles, Grandparents and all other dedicated Scorchers supporters will have to make their own way there.
The games will both kick off at 11.15am. If you are making your own way there please aim to arrive NO LATER than 10.45am.
After the game the plan is to travel to the Damn Yankee on the coach for a post match meal. There will be a charge for the meal but I hope that this will be no more than £6 including a drink. Additional drinks will need to be paid for. More details to follow. Parents are of course welcome to join us.
We expect to be back at Percy Fields between 3.15 and 3.30pm where players can be picked up.
