Well in true England fashion we went out on penalties in the quarter finals having given France a real challenge, with players injured and subs used we hung on until after extra time and then lost on penalties, France crashed one goal in off the wood work, and we had a penalty hit the bar and go out, so that's the way it goes!

Whilst we didn't win the World Cup, Scotton Scorchers did hold our own World Cup with all the girls teams being winners. Some were trying football for the first time whilst others including Scorchers players were seasoned professionals!!
Can anyone tell me how many Scorchers players are in the photograph??
The pictures show all the teams with World Cup flags and the signed flag that went out to the England team in Germany to wish them luck!!
