The U13's continued pre season training with matches against Poppleton, Stamford Bridge, Stamford Bridge Bluebirds and Ripon City Panthers.
With 4 new players the Scorchers tried a number of formations in preparation for the new season in the York and District Premier League after winning promotion. Coaches Rebecca and Mike were really pleased with the overall team performances and the girls team spirit. First league game is at home on Saturday 22nd September against Scarborough. Next training session is 10.15am for a 10.30 start as we may have the opportunity of a friendly match. See you there and well done everyone, good start!!
