Despite the weather the girls played some really nice football, in fact both sides played some lovely football and all the spectators were thoroughly entertained by two good footballing sides.
Scorchers went in at half time 2 nil up with goals from Georgie and Georgia and Becky C added a third goal in the second half to cap off a girl of the game performance from her.
It was a great game and all the girls really impressed and kept the coaches quiet on the sideline with their intelligent play.
A big thank you to Anthony the Ripon Coach and his players for their sportsmanship and hospitality.
It is always a pleasure to go to Ripon and if their girls play like today more often they will soon be climbing up the league.
