This weekend was due to see the girls kick off their York league campaign but were thwarted by the lack of an opposition team! Instead we had a very productive training session and named our team mascot! 'Scott the scorcher' bear will follow the team all year and let you know of the girls progress.
We'll try again next week (Sat 20th Sept)when we're due to travel to York RI.
Brief details are: meet at Scotton Village Hall 9.15am, kick off is 10.30, Dave Lavelle (Rose's Dad) will be in charge, Estimated return time is 12.15
