After the U10s there was a short friendly for scorchers younger players and again the standard of football was fantastic with Ella, Eleanor, Sophie and Lily all showing how good they are becoming.
Special mention must go to Lily who played her first 'real' game and didn't look out of place and came off with a huge smile, well done Lily.
All the girls from both teams came off with huge smiles which is what football is all about.
Yes the girls play to win but first and foremost they play because they enjoy it which was evident in their smiles.
Thankyou to Celtic for a great morning played in a lovely atmosphere.
I think the scorchers managed to pip this game but its all about the girls development at this stage and not results,
WELL PLAYED both teams again.
